Here’s how we work with you to bring your event to life.
Select your package to request a quote (Basic, Premium, Creative-Only, or Technical Integration) and follow the steps to fill our your sumbission requirements. This ensures we capture all the details we need to get started. All bookings are managed through this process to keep everything on track.
Once you’ve received your tailored quote of requirements and services, your booking is officially secured in our schedule. Where required, as part of the process, we’ll arrange a dedicated kickoff meeting — either online or in person — to walk through your event objectives, timelines, and creative vision.
After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you our specifications, which outlines the exact formats, dimensions, and technical requirements for your chosen screens and systems. You’ll then receive a secure upload link for submitting your creative assets, along with any playback instructions or run-of-show details.
On event day, our team will manage the production delivery. During the event, we’ll operate your content exactly to the agreed cues and timings, monitoring performance throughout to maintain quality and consistency. Our focus is on delivering a seamless, professional presentation that enhances the experience for your guests and meets your event objectives.
This basic IPTV solution is designed for events that need clear, high-impact visibility without added complexity and with no audio requirements. It includes one piece of content per screen — whether that’s a logo, brand messaging, welcome content, or practical event information — ensuring your message reaches guests throughout the venue. Stadium Square and External LEDs can be added to this package (*prior venue approval is required for Stadium Square & Gate 5 utilisation)
This premium IPTV solution is designed for events that need clear, high-impact visibility with audio capabilities included for select screens. It includes up to five pieces of content per screen — from logos and brand messaging to welcome content and practical event information — ensuring your message reaches guests throughout the venue. Stadium Square and External LEDs can be added to this package. (*prior venue approval is required for Stadium Square & Gate 5 utilisation)

This package is designed for events requiring only technical expertise. This custom solution provides integration support without additional creative or content production. Ideal for scenarios such as bringing in a feed from the ground via our AV Partner, Audio Visual Dynamics [AVD], third party integrators or integrating a Broadcast or Camera feed for event delivery.
This package focuses solely on creative content & graphics production services. Ideal for clients who have their own in-venue technical team but require high-quality creative assets, it covers concept development, re-spec services, design, and delivery for Superscreens, Big Screens, LED, IPTV, or other specified formats — ensuring your visuals are event-ready.
